Job Responsibilities:
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
Compile and sort invoices and checks.
Issue checks for accounts payable.
Record charges and refunds, file and tally down payment.
Support accounting personnel.
Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
Work with calculators, databases and bank accounts.
Match invoices to Purchase orders.
Process bills for payment.
Code, post and receipt payments.
Prepare and coordinate down payment activities.
Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations.
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of BS in Accountancy, BS in Accounting Technology or any related field
Fresh graduates/ entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Can work with minimum supervision
