QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related - Has at least 3 years working experience in General Accounting - Performs General Accounting, AR/AP, Bank Recon, and Payroll - Willing to be assigned in Makati City - Can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
File all invoices in their respective client
Prepares Sales Tax Report monthly for filling
Cash or check deposits received from clients
Review, reconcile, prepare entry of Sales
Petty cash Replenishment/Report
Monthly Bank reconciliation
Process the petty cash reimbursement
reconcile a monthly statement
Process Payroll for the employees
Prepares Government remittances
Prepares checks and vouchers
Update the bank reconciliation
Prepares Financial Report
