Job Description
Review and validate all account balances in the system
Review and ensure accurate accounting entries in the system
Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
Monitor and maintain accurate item costs in the system
Coordinate with external accountants in filing taxes / tax returns
Enter accounting related information into business logs
Organize and update financial records
Perform weekly bank reconciliations
Audit the operational and financial processes of the company to check for compliance
Job Qualification
Graduate of finance / accounting / banking / business administration or equivalent courses
With at least 2 years works experience in accounting
Fast typing speed
Detail-oriented and organized
Can work with minimum supervision
