Description
1. Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary
Requirements.
2. Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization.
3. Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
4. Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
5. Prepare accounts reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting.
6. Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
7. Preparing Costing worksheets.
8. Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
9. Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
10. Updating management on any financial discrepancies found during tax filing or invoicing duties.
11. Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.
12. Recording of Sales transactions.
13. Recording of the Cost of sold.
14. Ensuring bookkeeping in branches is religiously done by Store Head.
15. Member of Inventory Count team.
16. Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
17. Tag Asset immediately after purchase.
