Job Responsibilities:
Prepare reports requested by corporate accounting regarding accounts payable/receivables
Analyzes the transaction for accounts payable/receivables based on company policy
Responsible in processing of cash & check voucher
Monitoring of cash advances made thru check vouchers based on given due dates
Monitoring & issuances of check payment to supplier & employee advances
Checking verification if submitted documents are complete & reliable
Analyzes of labor cost & electricity based on actual
Complete given task on time in an effective & efficient manner
Do other jobs that may be assigned from time to time related accounting
Reports to bookkeeper regarding concerns in accounts payable
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
1-2 years related experience is an advantage but not required
Experience in Quickbooks Accounting Software is an advantage.
Can start immediately
Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque.
