Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for data entry and maintaining ledgers
Ensures payments and receivable are correct & updated
Bank reconciliation
Payroll preparation
Checks accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
Reconcile and report any discrepancies
Prepares adjusting journal entries
Generate reports and statements for internal and external use
Assist in the preparation of monthly Financial Statements
And any business relevant tasks that may occasionally arise
