Job Description
Accounting Functions
Performs basic bookkeeping & journal entries, posts entries to the general ledger, classifies expenses, and monitors employees timekeeping reports.
Prepares and verifies all vouchers.
Conducts basic activities regarding the internal audit, i.e., checking for computations and completeness and compliance with all required supporting documents.
Verifies all bank transactions and validates all business dealings.
Liaison & Purchasing Functions
Functions as the Company's Official Purchaser using the standard bidding process and proposes to the requisitioning department the most practical supplier without sacrificing quality, efficiency & effectiveness.
Coordinates with various Government agencies, i.e., BIR / SSS / PHIC / HDMF.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business courses.
Good communications skills
Can work flexible extended hours
Can work under pressure and under minimal supervision
Willing to travel from time to time
Can handle on-site audits
