Essential Job Functions:
1. Financial Reporting: Preparation of all month end financial reports and month end adjusting entries;
2. General Accounting: Maintains all book of accounts, checking of accounts to ensure validity and accuracy of data;
3. Cash Management: Monitoring cash positions, maintains petty cash fund;
4. Compliance to Government Reportorial Requirements: Compliance of the year-end audit and preparation and computation, filing and payment of taxes;
5. Fixed Assets Management: Recording and preparation of records in case of any inventory movements.
Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
1. Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy from a college/university.
2. At least 1 year of solid experience in General Accounting with basic knowledge of Business Taxation;
3. Working knowledge of MS Excel;
4. Candidates should have good analytical and problem-solving abilities, result-driven and detail-oriented.
