Job Summary: Perform a variety of accounting functions to reconcile various accounts and to post the journal entries on a regular up-to-date manner observing sound accounting procedures to ensure integrity of data
General Description of Function
Timeliness of Sales Reconciliations
Accuracy of short & over reports & collection report
Timely preparation & Accuracy of daily, monthly and annual financial report
Respond to inquiries and provides financial information as appropriate; coordinate with other department and/or customer regarding improperly processed documents to resolve problems and facilitate processing accordingly
Audit Rating
Ensure proper record keeping
Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting system (POS/CONDOR)
Cultivates cooperation and mutual respect to continually improve the team's performance
Projects and establishes a good working relationship
Deals with ethical and confidential issues
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
