Salary: P16,000
Work Schedule: Monday- Sunday 8am- 6pm
Job Description:
• Maintaining the billing system.
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Accountancy, Management, Finance or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in handling account receivables
• Abilities/competencies must have knowledge in Accounting Software's and
• bookkeeping. good communication skills, proficient in MS Office
• QuickBooks knowledge is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
