Synopsis of Role
Responsible for the overall monitoring, coordinating, reviewing, and processing of the accounts payable and disbursement processes while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory, authority matrix and organizational standards.
Essential Functions
Posts disbursement related transactions in accounting system
Ensures timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing of AP
Provides various analyses regarding AP as needed
Ensures that AP processes are performed using best practices with adequate internal controls, and ensure payments comply with established policies
Oversees the development and maintenance of the vendor contract inventory
Assists in preparation of annual budgets
Provides excellent customer service by ensuring that all vendor and employee inquiries are appropriately resolved on a timely basis
Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications
Personifies outstanding customer service to co-workers, clients and vendors by acting as a subject matter resource in a timely, considerate and friendly manner, always maintaining the Golden Rule approach; practices patience and kindness
Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred Education and Experience
Any Accounting related course
BS. Accountancy graduate, preferred but not required
With 1-3 years relevant experience
Intermediate excel skill set
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
