JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the preparation and recording of semi-monthly payroll of all rank and file employees.
Prepares final accountability of resigned rank and file employees.
Prepares payable and manual voucher due to SSS, BIR, Pag Ibig and Philhealth for monthly remittances and loan remittances.
Maintains subsidiary ledger for SSS and Pag Ibig loans.
Prepares certifications of contributions, withholding tax certificates from compensation.
Participates in the year end inventory of parts, new vehicles, fixed assets, furniture and equipment, tools.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Accountancy or any equivalent course with units in Auditing.
With at least 6 mos. to 1 year work related experience.
Preferably with automotive experience.
CPA license is an advantage but not required.
