ZigZag is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team!
This role will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are prepared timely and accurately, and all client queries/requests are addressed properly.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES
● Experience in using and setting up of softwares like ClickUp, Google, MS Office, and Xero
● Basic knowledge in accounting
● Good collaboration and communications skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Prepare client invoices in Xero
● Prepare supporting computations in Google Spreadsheets
● Apply all payments with client's outstanding accounts
● Track and send reminders to overdue accounts
● Raise potential issues on invoicing matters
● Recommend improvements on the invoicing and collections cycle
Level 2 support
● Address clients queries professionally and on a timely basis
● Coordinate client and client staff requests received by Finance to the proper PIC
● Ensure the above requests are completed satisfactorily
● Raise potential issues on invoicing matters
● Recommend improvements on finance support cycle and track issues related to it
*Candidates must be willing to report in Mandaluyong City.
