Manage and monitor two main operational bank accounts.
Assist and coordinate transactions for two subsidiary bank accounts.
Process and release company funds accurately and on time.
Review and validate invoices before processing.
Conduct customer-related checks and validations to ensure transaction accuracy.
Requirements
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 6 months of accounting or financial work experience
Experience with any accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable to working night shift
