QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related
- Has at least 3 years working experience in General Accounting
- Performs General Accounting, AR/AP, Bank Recon, and Payroll
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
- Can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- File all invoices in their respective client
- Prepares Sales Tax Report monthly for filling - Cash or check deposits received from clients
- Review, reconcile, prepare entry of Sales
- Petty cash Replenishment/Report
- Monthly Bank reconciliation
- Process the petty cash reimbursement
- reconcile monthly statement
- Process Payroll for the employees
- Prepares Government remittances
- Prepares checks and vouchers
- Update the bank reconciliation
- Prepares Financial Report
