Qualifactions:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / Management Accounting / Accounting Technology
Intended for fresh graduates
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Willing to be assigned in Bacoor, Cavite
Willing to do fieldwork in Cavite, Makati, Laguna and nearby cities
Trainings will be provided in the performance of the following tasks:
Records day to day business transactions (revenues and accounts receivables; expenses and accounts payable).Records other financial transactions (asset acqusition, depreciation, prepayment, advances).
Computes for monthly and quarterly VAT and income tax payable.
Prepares payroll report and government contributions (Payable to BIR, SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG).
Performs monthly bank reconciliation.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Substantiates financial transactions by creating audit trail (supporting documents).
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Performs other task as may be assigned by the supervisor.
