Description
Accounting Associate-Fixed Asset provides assistance to FA Specialist and associate in facilitating FA process in terms of Identifying, Recording and Monitoring of daily transactions.
General Description of Function
Maintain an Inventory Monitoring System of Fixed Assets to monitor stock movement and ensure that all active item(s) /stocks are properly accounted for.
Ensure that appropriate tag numbers are assigned in accordance with company policy to support a more efficient tracking system.
Responsible for the efficient releasing and retrieval of all assigned assets in accordance with company policy; ensure proper documentation and endorsement
Execute timely, accurate and complete consolidation of Fixed Asset inventory reports following standard policy and procedure necessary for the preparation of Financial Statements; support proper filing and organizing of all source documents in accordance to approved company practices.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Cost analysis, Accounting, Finances, Cost management
