Description
Segment Income and Billing Functions: a. Monitors and records transaction related to the Company's income-generating segments assigned to him/her; b. Issues billing documents (e.g billing statement, charge sales invoice, and debit/credit memorandum) to customers. Customers sub-ledger account management: a. Ensures records from each customer sub-ledger accounts are valid and accurate; b. Ensures that GL and sub-ledgers are tie up and reconciles at month-end; Records related adjusting entries/transactions to the accounting system; d. Analyzes results for corrections or for improvement in the recording and reporting system related to Billing Functions.
