Position Summary and Qualification:
Must have at least 1 to 2 years related experience
Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and hands-on experience in Accounting Software
With excellent verbal & written communications skills
Keen to details
Has analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Performing day-to-day payable transactions including verifying, classifying and recording data in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Review of staff's work handling payments to sellers such as allowances, commissions, and incentives.
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendors accounts and monthly vendor statement.
Understands compliance issues around accounts payables status.
Assist during month-end closing activities such as accruals of recurring expenses.
Assist in the preparation of audit samples during the annual audit
And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
