Job Summary
Job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of Malate Construction & Development Corporation by being responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate recording of all receivables such as equity payment, HDMF payments, amortization and other income.
Accurate recording and monitoring of all payables(trade and non-trade)
1. Ensures accurate processing of Accounts Payable Voucher for suppliers, commission, sub-con payroll and miscellaneous within set turnaround time.2. Ensures completeness of required documents before processing.
Filing Management
1. Secures all Accounts Payable Voucher are properly monitor.2. Ensures proper recording and logging of vouchers.3. Ensures proper filing of documents.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
No work experience required. Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Required Skill(s): Accounting System, MS Office Proficient, Teamplayer, Organized
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
