The Accounts Payable is responsible for the on-time and accurate processing of all payments.
The major duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Process payments correctly and within agreed timelines to avoid payment penalties in compliance with company policies
Ensure processing of payments complies with company and government policies and regulations.
Ensure that payment documents are filed in compliance with company guidelines that facilitate retrieval
Ensure orderly maintenance of files and timely transmittal of documents
Ensure timely response to calls and email inquiries
Job Qualifications
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, BS Management Accounting) or any business-related course
Previous related experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Work Location: Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. Main Office Building 4 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Bagumbayan Quezon City
