ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
 
Area of Assignment: Mandaue City, Cebu 
 
Basic Functions for Accounting Assistant:
Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts.
Ensures compliance with control procedures in the branch
Primarily responsible for the preparation of necessary financial reports needed by Executives.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Combined responsibility of accounting, reporting, measurement, audit, taxes, operating controls, budgeting, cash custody and other related areas.
Preparation of monthly closing reports.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent , CPA.
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
Willing to be assigned in Maguikay, Mandaue City Branch.
