Responsible for the preparation of Monthly Receivables from Tenants
Responsible for the posting and recording of collections in Quickbooks Accounting System.
Preparation of Quarterly Summary of Output Value-Added Tax
Monitoring of completeness of BIR Forms 2307 from the tenants.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual income tax returns of entities under the Filsyn Group.
Assist in the monitoring of compliance of entities under Filsyn Group specifically with the Phil.Stock Exchange (PSE) Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other Local Government units.
Coordinate with the external auditor regarding annual audit of the financial statements of entities under Filsyn Group.
Assist other members of the Accounting Team in accomplishing the tasks when needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
