Accounting AssistantAsia Integrated Machine Inc.

1. Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
2. Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
3. Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepencies
4. Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion
5. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
6. Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
7. Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
8. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
