I. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all aspects of general accounting function including but not limited to:
Prepare bank reconciliation reports and ensure that cash balances per book are tied up with the cash balances per banks
Responsible for preparation of BIR reports monthly, quarterly, and annually such as Value Added Tax, Expanded Withholding Tax, and Compensation
Monitoring and ensuring correct inventory balances per book against actual balances
Ensuring correctness and completeness of fixed assets records.
II. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy and/or BS in Accounting Technology
A CPA license is not required but is an advantage
Computer literate, preferably.y knowledgeable in SAP
High analytical, keen on details, and results-oriented
Preferably with experience though Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Amenable to work on-site at Paco Manila.
