JOB DESCRIPTION:
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will
support our Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting Teams. Accounting assistant
responsibilities include entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling
invoices, issuing official receipts and certificate of donations and managing expense reports and
reimbursements, coordinates with banks for bank requirements, provide assistance and support to
financial reporting team, research, track and restore accounting discrepancies
Eligibility:
1. Preferably with Accounting degree, not necessarily a CPA.
2. Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Quick books software.
3. Knowledge of basic book keeping procedures, general ledger accounting and receivable
procedures. Familiarity with finance regulations.
4. Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors. Has attention to details.
5. Has the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
6. Has strong written and verbal communication skills and teamwork skills
