We are looking for an Accounting Assistant with basic accounting skills.
Bachelor's Degree in accountancy or business and/or with 1 year experience in the field of accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Able to balance multiple areas of the Accounting Department with an understanding of accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
The Accounting Assistant works closely with the head of the department in ensuring the long term financial success of the company.
Provide general support to the accounting department.
Manage the company's payables and receivables.
Manage payroll activities.
Ensure the company's compliance with tax related regulations.
Verify payments and deposits made through the company, and coordinate with the bank.
Generate financial reports.
