Job Summary
The Accounting Assistant is primarily responsible for the monitoring and recording of payments related to tuition and other school fees due to students as well as receivables from other fund sources. He/she is responsible as well for the processing and recording of disbursement transactions covering payments to suppliers, contractors, and other parties with payment claim files with the Institution.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education College graduate with a minimum of eighteen units of accounting, preferably a graduate of a baccalaureate program in Accountancy.
