Prepare the landed cost sheets for imported materials;
On a daily basis, monitor the accuracy of inventory per SAP. This can be done by ensuring that all inventory movements for the day are properly supported by documents and that the details encoded in the SAP agree with the details in the supporting documents;
Lead and supervise the inventory count performance and takes charge of the inventory count reconciliation with SAP and variance analysis. To effectively execute this duty, he/she must ensure that all persons involved in the count are properly oriented and informed about the memorandum circular for the yearend physical count and their corresponding role. He/she must also ensure that they comply with the memo circulars at all times;
Perform reconciliation of inventory subsidiary and general ledger on a regular basis, etc..
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management/Financial Accounting or Accounting Technology
With at least 1 year work experience in inventory function
With hands-on experience in accounting software like SAP Business One
With advanced MS Excel skills
Has strong attention to details and good analytical skills
Willing to extend working hours
