Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in ensuring the all requests are properly supported with invoices & with correct attachments
Creates & updates expense reports
Process payment requests, reimbursements and liquidation
Prepare bank deposit, withdrawals and check payments
Record the transactions and accounting entries daily
Match the actual documents versus the actual collection and disbursements
Maintains digital and physical financial records
Issues invoices to customers and external partners as needed
Coordinates with the auditors and regulatory bodies
Prepare billing statements & OR as needed
Files the expense reports & billing statements properly
Organize the accounting records maintained in the database for easy reference
Works with the management in the actual vs. budget financial reports
Monitor the collection report & disbursements schedules on a daily basis
Ensures that all the related sub-schedules are being updated regularly and are complete
Keeps a record of all the manual payments& collections not coursed thru online portal
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field;
Several years of experience in a finance role; good mathematical skills;
Leadership skills and experience; employee management;
Understanding of data privacy standards;
Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
Knowledge and understanding of Accounting principles, Audit and government reportorial and compliance
Attention to detail; organizational skills; planning skills; research skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; computer skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty.
