Job Description:
Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, expenses, and payments, into the accounting software or spreadsheets.
Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
Reconcile financial transactions recorded in the accounting system with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documents.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting or any other related course.
With at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
Knowledgeable in accounting principles and practices.
Detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
Possess a high level of integrity.
Willing to work in Ermita, Manila.
