Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Reconcile cash balances per book and per bank balances
Maintain organized set of detailed records, reports and files to document financial transactions required by Management and BIR
Assist in the processing of Balance sheet and income statement and other financial statement according to legal and Company accounting and Financial guidelines
Responsible for reviewing expenses for the assigned company
Update financial data to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Responsible for monthly and yearly closing
Willing to work onsite everyday
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• With 3-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft excel, math functions, text functions, look up functions, logical functions
• Flexibility and adaptability in working under pressure and minimal supervision
• Proficiency in English
• Capable to undertake various clerical duties
• Great attention to details
