Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably accounting/finance but not required)
Preferably with 1 year experience across finance analyst and reporting roles.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Exposure to operational accounting
Good communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Do a 3 way matching of POD's and submit complete documents for customer countering on a timely manner.
Liaise with stakeholder any issue or delay on POD's
Conduct regular reconciliation for assigned customer.
Raise sundry request for AR variances.
In charge of handling collection, schedule of collection to certain customers and update bank statement and cash inflow monitoring sheet.
Photocopy/Scan and filing of all POD's for audit purposes.
Perform AR task that maybe assigned from time to time
Participate during semi-annual and annual inventory count
