ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTPan De Manila Food Co. Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages daily transactions and financial functions such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax audits
• Reviews daily cash balances, analyzes daily cash positions and reports monthly actual cash movement analysis together with the Accounting Head
• Works closely with our branches to ensure daily cash sales and transactions are reconciled
• Helps introduce improvements in the accounting process so experience in using other accounting software or system may be an advantage
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or Banking
• Preferably with working knowledge in cash audits from other retail companies
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must be willing to report onsite every day in San Juan
• Must be an effective communicator as this role will require interaction with all levels in the organization (management and branch level)
• Should have unquestionable integrity and commitment
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
