SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accounting Assistant is responsible to prepare various statements of account, monitor, record and consolidate other Accounts Receivable related reports and schedules.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Billing preparation and recording but not limited to:
1.1 Title Transfer Cost Statement of Account
1.2 Meralco and Water Meter Depsit Statement of Account
1.3 Deemed Accepted payment Statement of Account
2.Checking of monthly RFPs received from Admin Department on association dues of unturned/unsold residential units, parking, scooter, commercial, storage, etc.
3.Preparation and consolidation of monthly reports/monitoring but not limited to:
3.1 Turnover Status Report
3.2 Cash Advances for Liquidation Report
3.3 Title Transfer Cost Collection and Delinquent Report (projects assigned)
3.4 Due from Personnel Report
4.Preparation of Account Summary, analysis and journal entry recording for CCT clearances
5.Assists on any ad hoc activities as well as filing of signed reports, SOA, etc.
6.Performs related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
With good communication skills.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course.
Hardworking, honest and keen on details.
Proficient in Windows and Excel.
Open for Newly Graduate Applicants
Willing to be assigned at Pasay or Makati area.
