About the Role
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with bookkeeping tasks to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Maintain accurate ledgers and assist in monthly account closings
Assist with preparing financial reports and other documentation for management
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or Accountancy  
Wit at least 6 months experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or SAP)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good understanding of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to work in Talisay City, Cebu
