Duties and Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliation
Monitor unliquidated cash advances
Recording of cash advance liquidation
Processing of payment to corporate credit cards
Replenishing revolving fund
Monitor & review weekly DCR of assigned branches
Processing of payments to government agencies loans and contributions
Renewal of Business Permits in HO and other offices within Metro Manila
Preparation of PHIC contributions certification to employees
Handle Bank Reconciliation as required
Educational Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
6 months experience is preferred for this position
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus
