Job Accounting Assistant
Job Description:
- Checking and monitoring of Employee's advances
- Validating, Checking and booking of Employee's liquidations
- Weekly report of Employee's Cash Advance (i.e. status)
- Monthly Schedule, Reconciliation of Employee's advances
- Submission of Employees Advances subject to Salary Deduction to HR every payroll cut-off
- May be assigned to do bank reconciliation
- May be assigned to do payable vouchers
- Maybe assigned to prepare tax related schedules
- Other duties that may be assigned.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
Degree in relevant field
Experience in Accounting and Accounting Technology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented
Fluent in English and Tagalog
Licensed Accountant
