JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitors timely submission of Proofsheet
Coordinates with various internal customers
Posts proofsheet balances in the Trial Balance
Conducts monthly / surprise cash count
Perform Compliance Audit Functions - documentation and internal control system
Performs the following monthly reconciliation and corresponding adjustments:
Bank vs. books
General Ledger vs. Subsidiary Ledger
Advances to and from / Due to and from accounts
Prepares month-end and year-end closing entries
Generates complete set of Financial Statements
Prepare monthly supporting schedules to the Financial Statements
Prepares monthly reports assigned:
Bank Recon Statement
Depreciation Schedule
Prepaid Expenses
Deferred Charges
Accrued Expenses
Comparative Financial Statements
Assists in the monthly physical inventory in Caliraya
Files documents and Reports
Assists in the cleansing of Backlog transactions / activites
Assist in regular tax audits of BIR
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Adhere to internal control policies of the company
Attend and participate in professional group meetings
Perform other related duties as required
