Job description
Conducts store cash and inventory audit.
Prepares payables to suppliers.
Attends to store and suppliers accounting related concern.
Ensures that all documents submitted by suppliers and stores are complete and valid.
Prepares store monthly financial statement.
Ensures timely submission of monthly reports to Immediate Superior.
Ensures that all dues and payments for rentals and utilities are process and paid on time.
Maintains schedule of fixed asset listings.
Maintains the completeness of receipts and other documents from third party accountant.10. Performs other duties and responsibilities needed.
