A prestigious organization representing major manufacturer of state-of-the-art medical equipment and devices is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking professionals to complement its nationwide service and will work as an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT.
Job Responsibilities
Review request and transfer funds thru online banking
Maintain, monitor and reconcile cash disbursement records.
Maintain, monitor and reconcile check disbursement & withholding tax certificate records.
Coordinates with other departments on the resolution of various issues.
Performs other functions that may be required as and when necessary.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Accounting graduate.
Must have two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate knowledge in using MS Excel). Having an ERP system experience is an advantage.
Willing to work in long hours or render overtime if needed.
Must be very keen to details, have an initiative, critical mind, questions the status quo, and likes to work in an evolving environment.
