Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent
At least 1 year work experience in a hotel industry
Knowledge in MS Excel and Opera
Good oral and written communication skills
Preferably CPA
Amenable to work in Jinjiang Inn Makati
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible in processing and checking of payables
Monitors and controls supplies and assets inventory
Prepares and checks of SOA for accounts with send bill arrangement
Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer, processing backups and etc.
Maintains accounting records by filing documents and reconciling statements.
Processes of commissions to brokers.
Assists in the monthly closing of books for the companies assigned.
Prepares reports and schedules necessary for the tasks.
Daily reconciliation of sales.
Assists in the completion of SAP migration and improvements.
Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities
