Description
1. Responsible in maintain accounting record by creating duplicates; filling and safeguarding documents.
2. Resolves data by balancing statements with general ledger.
3. Sustains accounting databases by entering data; dealing out back-ups.
4. Process account payables and receivables as needed.
5. Analyze discrepancies and other unsettled accounting documents.
6. Gives assistance to meet the deadline for submission of periodic accounting reports.
7. Performs administrative functions to support accounting team and supervisors.
8. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
9. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ERP, SAP
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: No
