Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for timely pay out of incentives, bonuses, commissions, services and other Sales Compensation related payments.
Responsibilities:
Process monthly commissions and incentives of Sales Personnel.
Validate UAT results of Sales Compensation related system fixes on production issues and other system updates.
Prepare journal entries for all compensation related transactions/adjustments.
Maintain and administer records of Provident Plan member in Provident Fund Template.
Validate and process monthly transportation and phone allowances of Sales Personnel.
Reconcile and monitor balances of Commission Payable, and Commission Expense.
Preparation and submission of monthly reports.
Proper filing of approved monthly reports.
Qualifications:
University graduate with a degree in Accounting or other related discipline;
With at least one to three (1-3) years experience in Compensation Accounting, accounts reconciliation, and system project assignments;
Knowledge in Life Asia, Sales Compensation systems, and SUNSystem;
Has the ability to multi-task, embrace change and work comfortably in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, matrix environment; and
With excellent oral and written communication skills.
