Mattony Inc. is in need of Accounting Assistant!
Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable will provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate and send out invoices
Follow up on collection and allocate payments
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Perform account reconciliations
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Generate age analysis
Review AR aging to ensure compliance
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with experience in a retail industry
Good math skills and has ability to spot numerical errors.
Proficient in MS Excel and with hands on experience in accounting software.
