JOB DESCRIPTION:
Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
Generate purchase orders as necessary
Print and obtain signatures on all checks
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Certified Public Accountant is a plus
At least six (6) months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
The applicant must be a college graduate, preferably with an accounting/bookkeeping background. Relevant work experience is preferred.
Must be willing to work in Navotas City
