DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures that all regular revenue transactions are covered by prescribed invoice.
Ensures proper maintenance of the following records and supporting documents:
Issued/used Invoice Master File
Issued/used Official Receipts Master File
Individual Customer File with the following attachments:
Contract
Duly receipted invoice
Issued official receipts
Statements of Account
Journal vouchers, if any
Other supporting documents, if any (i.e. percentage of completion on construction projects)
Monthly Aging of Accounts Schedule
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Accounting graduate or other Finance related course
Experience : Preferably with one (1) year experience in accounting work.
Other Skills : Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Flexible and patience
