Job Description
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Prepare bank deposits
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Review and file payroll documents
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Must be proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills to effectively meet deadlines
