At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs experienced in Property Management Accounting
Full time position available in The Rise Makati office
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Performs accounting transactions based on set policies, processes and systems in alignment with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
Prepares payment of taxes to ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements; maintains all files related to such payments.
Prepares accounting reports as required based on accurate and timely data, in order to provide relevant information for management use.
Implements and monitors compliance to accounts receivable policies and procedures to effectively secure revenues and reduce A/R days.
Performs credit & collection transactions following standard policies & procedures; coordinates with appropriate departments on compliance to set deadlines.
Handles the accounts payable processes, including but not limited to processing payment requests and Accounts Payable vouchers, reconciliation of discrepancies, and maintaining Check Voucher file, to ensure that payments made are within the agreed terms and in conformity with company ́s procedures.
