DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generating and sending out invoices
Following up and allocation payments
Carrying out billing duties
Monitoring customers' account details
Being on the look for delayed or missed payments and other such irregularities
Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
Ensuring compliance with the company's procedures
Preparing bank deposits
Processing account and company adjustments
Developing or following an already established recovery system
Assisting with closing at the end of the month
